The standard mediation model is based per Separation Topic (parenting or your family home for example) and typically looks something like this:
10 billable hours
Two 1 hour intakes
6 hours in joint session together either in-person or virtually, working on your agreement
2 hours of report writing, which would include a full detailed agreement.
DO YOU OFTEN LEAVE YOUR LAWYER MEETINGS WITH MORE QUESTIONS THAN ANSWERS?
Wonder if you could separate without the feelings of being a burden, overwhelmed, or misunderstood?
Are you ready to take control of your situation?
Perhaps you unsure of where to even begin?
How We Can Work Together
Family Mediation
Many people report a higher degree of satisfaction with mediation than with arbitration or other court processes because they can control the result as well as, how the resolution unfolds.
Mentoring
Are you a victim of abuse, need guidance communicating effectively through your lawyer, emotional support without the price tag, or possibly support navigating the complexities of the Ontario family law system.
The Investment
You well being is never a bad investment. Explore the different ways we could work together to achieve your goals and discover your interests; whether it be through mediation, mentoring, or an abundance of free valuable resources.
